The silver rose
Evening light sort of distorts. Even the quarter besides the silver Rose looks golden. Since I don't have a good close up lens camera you will have to suffer with this photo. 
Here is the backside of the silver rose. You can make out some of the black tarnish which silver tends to do. Since silver prices have increased, I'm guessing it is worth about $10

It is a pretty rose.
Gorgeous rose. I like silver more than gold. Silver is more purest in white color.
@RestlessButterfly - Gee, if I sent it to you, it might arrive before Christmas....
@C_L_O_G - to a cheapskate like me anything free and silvery is nice....btw I will try during the day to photograph it. Florescent lights doesn't do it justice.

yes, try a different place in the house near a window maybe.
silver is going up in price but I got a feeling that it's worth a lot more
I think that you've got the silver collectors; the rose collectors and jewelry collectors interested.
